Lodge Heritage 10.5 Inch Seasoned Cast Iron Xolo Sugar Skull Griddle

According to Day of the Dead traditions, the Xolo dog plays an important role guiding souls through the mitclán, or underworld, after death. Artist Lourdes Villagómez celebrates these special companions through a piece of cast iron art designed with a Xolo dog sugar skull. This collectible 10.5 inch griddle or comal is a reminder of the Xolo dog’s fierce loyalty and companionship—a comfort not only to those who have passed but also to those who have lost someone they love.
